Training

Everything we do inside our training and fitness center is functional. It is designed to make us move better in life and sport. We assess every person who trains under our care and prescribe individualized training protocols based on the latest research. All training packages include a FREE functional assessment performed by a physician or trainer.  This assessment may include but is not limited to a Functional Movement Screen, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Screen or a Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) assessment.  This is based upon what the physician or trainer feels is necessary to assess based on what your goals are.

Training packages

$100 per month for training 1x/week.

$150 per month for training 2x/week.

$200 per month for training 3x/week.

$250 per month for training 4x/week.

$300 per month for training 5x/week.
