Sugar is eight times more addictive than ccocaine! Eight times! Can you imagine? Yes. Of course you can. 

70% of Americans are highly addicted to sugar. Now, when I say "addicted to sugar" I am not talking about apples and bananas. I am talking about processed, white sugar that is found in nearly everything we eat and feed our children. 

The human body can metabolize 20 to 25 grams of processed sugar a day. That comes out to 4 or 5 tablespoons. That's it! For the entire day. AND to give you a little perspective on that, the average Greek yogurt with fruit in it contains 12 to 20 grams of sugar! In a food that is labeled "healthy"!

Sugar has devastating effects on the body including:

Inflammation  

Fatty Liver

Hormone Imbalance

Anxiety

And most importantly it feeds disease, including cancer.
