Paleo Diet

At NWI CHIROPRACTIC we support all types of healthy eating and diets, but the most common by far is the Paleo Diet. The Paleo Diet, also know as the Caveman Diet, is centered around eating things that humans ate years and years ago, in the paleolithic or "Caveman" Era. Studies show that the Paleo Diet is the only diet that supports whole body health because it provides nourishment that works with our human genetics.

The Paleo Diet focuses on meat, fruit, vegetables, nuts, and seeds and avoids grain, dairy, and processed foods.  

Our office has a wide variety of Paleo based vitamins, supplements, and even snack bars!
